After a lot of use, I think that some of the inside seals were failing %26 the unit started leaking large amounts of water. I chose to buy the same model again because the price was still reasonable compared to other brands. I also chose to buy it from Walmart because the unit was in stock so I was able the order it one day %26 pick it up the next day.

The hot dispenser is hot enough for quick oatmeal, instant mashed potatoes, and hot beverages. It's not quite hot enough to fully cook grits — you would need to boil it a little further to bring the grits to fully cooked. The cold is chilled, but not quite ice-cold.
