Nicely made and seems to be of good quality. a little hard to adjust to the right waist size though. It says the XL is good for up to a 55-inch waist, I'm a 51 and the brace seems a little too tight and is hard to attach to the Velcro ends when it's wrapped around, consider what type of clothing will be worn if one wants to wear the brace on the outside of clothing. I had on a sweatshirt and that may have why I felt it was a bit too tight to work well. It does have fairly stiff support.
