Perfectly Seasoned with a Crispy Crust

I just tried this and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The preparation couldn't have been easier. I simply put the seasoning mix into a bag, added the fish fillets, and gave it a good shake to ensure every piece was completely coated. From there, I dropped the seasoned fish in n about 2-3 inches of hot oil to start the frying process They results were nothing short of amazing. The mix created a nice, even and delicious crust on every filet. I was even more impressed by how evenly cooked my fish were. The breading didn't burn, and the inside was flaky and done. This season truly captures the classic New Orleans flavor with the subtle hint of lemon. It came out reliable, crispy, and perfectly seasoned

Easy to make

Our family loved the flavor and the ease of making a delicious dinner on a busy school night.This was our first time using this product and we will deffinetly use it again and again. Zatarain's has always been our go to brand for soul food and we will now add this to always have on hand.

Very Flavorful

This is a very flavorful breading. Perfectly seasoned and goes well with several types of fish. I made both catfish and cod filets. Nice, golden and crispy batter. Instructions are clear, accurate, and simple to follow. My family really enjoyed the meals that I prepared with Zatarain's New Orleans style seafood breading.
