Waterproof!
I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest and I need footwear that is waterproof . Water resistant won't get the job done. Accordingly, I was very pleased to discover my new bogs keep my feet dry even in torrential downpours. I wear them during my walks around the neighborhood and the only downside to them is they make my feet sweat. More importantly, they keep me dry. They are also comfortable considering they are more of a boot than a shoe.

Great-looking boot, just give them time to break in
Very nice-looking boot. Have worn them delivering packages for a week and it took that long to break them in. Originally, out of the box, they were cutting into my upper ankle and it was irritating. After five days of wear, the top portion of the boot finally began to become softer and they no longer hurt my ankle. Just be aware that it takes a while to break them in.

Comfy, waterproof and stylish
The more my husband uses the shoes the more he likes them (and he is really picky about his shoes). They look even better in person I have to say. The only thing that was slightly off (as another reviewer mention here) was that the insoles have raised heal for whatever reason and that made the shoes not fit right at first. We even taught of returning them. But we put insoles from some other boots we had and then they were perfect.
