Strong sports bra

This Avia High Impact Bonded Sports Bra is extremely well made. The fabric is made with spandex which makes it very stretchy. It was hard to put on at first and I believe I should have ordered a size larger. I am a 36B and ordered the Large. As you can see in the pictures, there is a bit of a bulge. However, I must say, it is comfortable and very supportive. I am a very active senior and plan on getting a lot of use out of this sports bra. No, I don’t work out unless you call mowing 2 acres of grass, raking leaves and removal of leaves in those 2 acres, planting and working a 1/4 acre garden, walking the fields of 66 acres, piling and toting firewood, and all work associated with farming alone! What I especially like about this sports bra is the thickness of the fabric providing super support. Unlike most sports bras, this one is so thick that you can’t see through and it stops the bounce!. It is so well made that it’s hard to believe it would ever stretch out I may have to order a few more!

my opinion it makes a great workout bra.

This is a nice sports bra, made by Avia, it's lightweight, and good quality, nice looking, there is 2 layers of fabric, one of which has perforations that helps it to be breathable. it has a pretty snug fit, not a lot of give, or stretch to it, which is good for keeping things in place. The bra is made of 71% nylon and 29% spandex, but it reminds me of a rubber underwater wet suit. It has wide adjustable straps, so it doesn't dig into your shoulders. The cups are lightly padded, so there are no embarrassing bumps showing out, and provides very little to no movement during a run or power walk. The whole bra is really soft to the touch. It is machine washable, and drier safe on a low setting. Besides workouts, it can also be worn around the house, while cleaning or just relaxing, it's seamless, and comfortable so it can be worn under a tee shirt while making a quick run to the store. This is a tough bra, it will last a long time through many vigorous workouts. I really like it. It's uplifting, and very supportive.

Cute and functional

Avia High Impact Bonded Sports Bra is cute and functional. The fabric breathes well and it looks and feels great. Love the color and the shape it gives. Very nice sports bra. Great for high impact. Want one is all the colors now! The straps are wide and fit well.
