Perfect pancakes every time

It is nice to have a large supply of pancake mix on hand, one that works quickly, and does not require milk or eggs. This is my second purchase of this product and would recommend it to anyone. Sometimes I add frozen blueberries into the mix and they come out very well too. I have more success with this mix than other big name mixes and that is the only reason I keep using it. Economical and handy.

I really like the taste of this pancake mix. It doesn't mess with my sugar level, like store brands do. I add. pure vanilla to the batter...unsalted butter and pure maple syrup. I good to go.
