It's a cheap rice cooker that can even make a family size zatarains jambalaya or red beans and rice. It works very well takes a bit to cook rice but the texture of the rice is just better and different. For the price you can't beat it and it's compact enough to not be trouble. Would recommend to a friend.

This is a never fail perfect rice maker. Measure ingredients, put together - you do not have to get the water boiling first. Just put in the water, salt and rice together, use a spoon and quick stir for eveness or don't. it will come out perfectly every time.
