My old rice cooker was only 3 cups and didn't have a non-stick coating, so I always had burnt rice on the bottom of the pot. I got this one to replace it. It's perfect! Non-stick pot, steaming basket for veggies or buns, the rice is always fluffy and perfectly cooked. I now eat rice much more often than I did before because it works so well and makes so much all at once.

False advertising, does not make explicity clear on the box that '20 rice cups cooked' means by the enclosed measuring cup, which is three-fourths a cup. You only know this once you buy and read the manuel where it states the cup size. Therefore, this only makes 15 US cups. Besides that issue, I love this style of rice cooker. It is simple to clean. The lid is my favorite! Nothing to disassemble. Just pop out the inner pot wash it and the lid and your done. Not like my old Tiger. It's a beast and not practical for my family anymore. Not to mention cleaning it. I like simple, user friendly appliances that are easy to clean and this checks all the marks. I highly recommend this one if your OK with it not making 20 cups. I have the small version of this too that we use at our cabin for 2 people. It is exactly the same but makes 5 cups.
