I waited until I had the phone at least two weeks so I can post a honest review. The phone arrived on time. The phone looked brand new with no scratches or dents. It came with a charger and with a card so you can activate the warranty. I haven't had any problems with it holding a charge or over heating. Also, I had no problems getting it turned on with our service provider. I'm so glad I made this purchase.

you're better off getting from somewhere like Amazon or Facebook marketplace. They do not package the phone well at all and the phone had way more scratches in comparison to the one I got on Amazon for the same price which looked brand new. I also hope this seller can improve their overall experience with customers since a lot have complained about not getting their back
