    Definitely the real deal

    Thick, durable fabric, checks all of the boxes that it is official from Carrot-co (tags, snaps, flat rivets). Apparently there are a lot of knock-offs out there, but this is not one of them. Highly satisfied and looking forward to bringing it on my trip!

    Falling apart after THREE uses

    Questioning the legitimacy of the bag. I have used the bag a total of 3 times and the snap on the top handles is already fraying and falling apart. I did not expect this from a $60 backpack or something so popular. Now I have to email the distributer and either get a full refund or replacement. I too thought I had checked and confirmed it was a real bag until THREE DAYS LATER when it already began to fray along the seems.
