American Furniture Classics Model B1650K Sierra Lodge Two Piece Sectional Sofa

The couch is a good quality couch for the price. The shipper however is a problem. They sent a text telling me it would be delivered on the 27th, on the 23rd (a holiday) they sent a text telling me the couch would be delivered that day so I rushed home from doing my errands. Called the person i was giving the couch to told them to come get it. I needed it gone to put the new couch in. Family was coming into town the next day to stay with us. I moved our cows to another pasture so the gate could be left open. I waited all day, no delivery then I received a text saying the couch had been delivered. I tried to contact the shipper, no luck. I had to wait the entire weekend thinking they had given my couch to someone else. And our family of 8 visiting had to sit on kitchen chairs the entire time. Monday was a holiday, they called on Tuesday to deliver the couch. Showed up driving a semi truck which I had told them we had little room to turn a truck around due to a gravel delivery. It was raining, they offloaded the sectional couch (2 huge boxes) at the road and we had to get it to our house. Luckily we own a truck or it would have been a worse situation. The boxes got soaked, the sectional a little wet. The boxes had damage. The driver looked in one hole and said the couch was damaged but not to worry we would be sent a replacement. We filed a damage repot with the shipper they told us they couldn't do anything about it to contact Walmart. We did and our only option was a refund. They picked up the couch now we have none. All of this is due to Walmart hiring less than desired shipping companies. I will be ordering the same couch however it won't be from Walmart. I won't be making any more large purchases from Walmart.
