Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced

Ordered item September 30th. It was marked as delivered October 3rd and still have not received item October 26th. Received an email today that it is out of stock until November 23rd. No communication between Walmart.com and their 3rd party seller. Unable to talk with the company and Walmart.com only offers email correspondence. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable customer service. Only rating 1 star so that I'm able to share my experience.

The seller needs to do better

Initially the order said the couch would be received in 3 to 5 business days but I didn't receive it for 2 weeks after I ordered it. Also once I did receive it half the couch came the wrong color. The same day I received the couch I contacted both Walmart and the seller but I wasn't able to return the couch for a month because it took Walmart almost a month to initiate a return because they wanted me to go through the seller for the return but the seller was taking too long to initiate the return so I was forced to have Walmart initiate the return because of the seller taking too long to initiate the return.
