i bought sectional. but it arrived. was putting together and was missing a piece. i emailed customer supoort. they wont send me piece. so i asked to re turn sectional. now they said i cant rerurn cause i cut up boxes. well duh i cut up boxes to take out the sectional. so im gonna dispute with my bank 🏦 cause this company a scam.
