A great addition to the kitchen
I've only used one time, but combined with the Lodge grill pan it makes fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches. I added a bit of cooking oil to both before using. I buttered the outsides of the bread and placed the cheese between them. Pre-heated the pan and press. Cooked on medium heat, checking frequently as it was my first attempt at this. I actually use this for steak, grilled cheese sandwiches, all kinds of things I put it in the oven to preheat while I prep whatever with the top grid and then take it out to put on the burner perfect grill marks and every clean up every time! I love this pan
