Instructions
Microwave Instructions: Puncture plastic film in several spots on top of tray OR peel film back on tray about 1 - inch to vent. Place tray in microwave. Heat on High for 30 seconds. Caution: The tray and its contents are Hot after microwaving. Carefully peel back film from tray and stir contents. Re-cover with the film and continue to heat for an additional 30 seconds or until hot. Let tray stand for 1 minute, if desired. All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Not for use in conventional ovens. No refrigeration needed until opened. Store at room temperature.

They should call it Beef Stew-
Though this is called pot roast, it really should be called beef stew, because that is what it really is. I have been trying all of the complete dinners just to find which ones I will be repurchasing. So far the turkey and dressing is my favorite. It had been some time since I had it and the first one was mostly gravy, but the second one was perfect. I will definitely be rebuying the pot roast again, or should I say beef stew.

A truly great complete meal!
This is so good as is and can be combined with other things to mix it up - such as pour over rice or noodles or potatoes. Also, can be poured in a dish and eaten as beef stew...maybe add a little broth/water or butter/margarine to thin out and have with cornbread. Very good as is or as a base to add to other things...or create your own yummy meal.
