Allegro Surgical Weight Compression Pantyhose for men and women are an affordable support stocking with a closed toe that uses surgical weight fabric woven with a patented "float stitch" to create a precision gradient support stocking. They feature a comfort waistband, reciprocated heel and balloon toe. The Allegro brand provides the same quality comfort and support as the famous brands that cost two to three times more.
This stocking provides 30-40 mmHg of gradient compression and should be worn under a doctor's supervision. This level helps relieve severe varicose veins severe edema (swelling) and chronic venous insufficiency. Made from 75% nylon and 25% spandex in the USA.

These stockings were for my husband who had a DVT years ago and he really needed the high compression stockings. They work great but the only problem is they have no fly in the front for males. I know that they are for either male or female-but it would be more convenient for males with an opening in the front.
