[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The skirt is a thin, unlined stretchy material. There is a ~1.5” elastic waistband on the inside. The buttoned belt loops are quite cute and looks like up to a 1 inch belt would be able to fit. If you have any sort of tummy, it will show in this skirt. I am between a size Small and a Medium - 5'3”, 28”-30” waist and 40” inch hip. Small if there is stretch, medium if no stretch. I was happy the skirt fit but the fit is not very flattering to those without a toned built. I'm wearing shapewear in my pics so it looks fine. If your top is tucked in, the outline will show depending on the thickness of the shirt. I would have preferred if the fabric was thicker and had more structure to smooth the waist.
