Terrible cushion

I bought 2 of these for my office and use them daily. While I love the overall look of the chair and would love to get a matching loveseat, the cushions are flat out terrible. They are lumpy, uneven, and they are definitely not just ""dense foam"" as listed in the description. There is something hard in there that feels almost like plastic springs, which can be felt near the surface of the cushion. On one chair, this results in a bulge in the middle of the cushion, and on the other chair, it is a crooked bulge left of center. This means that, what would otherwise be a sharp-looking chair, ends up looking like something I bought at the thrift store. I do intend to continue using these chairs, but I will have to get these cushions replaced.
