So good you can't stop, despite the BURN

It is not only hard to find REALLY good jerky but to find good HOT jerky is quite the challenge. As a Carolina Reaper Farmer I absolutely love extremely hot jerky. This toughness is also on point-not too soft and not too tough.....it's jerky and shouldn't be soft IMHO. This is my all time favorite hot jerky. The heat level is almost perfect (I would like it a tad bit hotter) and will please any chili head that loves quality jerky. I purchased multiple bags for Christmas gifts as well, hoping to gain some new hot jerky lovers.
