I own two other kinds of TEN'S Device's. What I love about this one is, 1) it runs about 5 different programs automatically in 30 min. 2) I can ware it anywhere with comfort. 3) just start it, and 30 min later, it shuts down by its self. My other TEN'S Device's are like what you would find at a DR.'s office. Wires everywhere. Not something you could wear in public.
