Moen YB2286BN Brantford Towel Ring in Brushed Nickel

I bought a bunch of the Pro Fit products by Moen. They were mounted as per the instructions. However, they come loose after a year of use. No biggy, with the old style. But with Pro fit, you have to fight to get the hanger off the mount. Pushing in on the little tab requires a screwdriver, that is the easy part, but getting the rest to break free is a pain and the whole mount seems to come loose while you fight to remove the hanger. There are two spikes on each side that don't hold well after the wiggling to remove the hanger. tightening is hard in that you don't know how tight to make the main screw. I would suggest you use the older style mount and skip the easy Pro-fit that is great for a contractor who is gone 5 minutes later, but not for the homeowner who has to live with these.

Purchased to fit in with other Moen accessories to complete my bathroom remodel.
