Spent a lot of $$$ on this rug only to have it start splitting and fraying mere months after getting it. And it's not even in a high traffic area. Emailed the seller about my dissatisfaction with the product and got a ridiculous, unapologetic reply. No accountability at all. Incredibly disappointed and feel ripped off. DO NOT buy this product!
