The backrest is incredibly uncomfortable. Basically just feels like a wood beam across the top and no padding. You absolutely need a pillow to make it anywhere close to remotely comfortable. In short, the back feels like a square wooden frame and you lean against the top bar of the frame, there is fabric to hold a pillow to add support. Its decent quality for the price, but comfort is AWFUL.

The box was partially open and screws were missing out the pack. I called customer service and told I'd be receiving an email and screws from the seller, neither came. I called customer service and asked to be refunded and for fed ex to pick the item up at my home and they provided a return label. Fed ex never came. I called customer service and they said I'd have to bring it to the post office or fed ex. Not happy!
