Reliably great cookware
I've had Circulon cookware since 1995. They have continued to improve their products over the years. My “everything pan” is still in daily use after more than thirty years. It's so great to be able to sear vegetables and proteins without oil and then add a little for flavor. Perfect for starting on top of the stove, then finishing in the oven. Easily my favorite tools in the kitchen.

I hope I can still say this in five years, but in the first month of ownership, my husband and I are very, VERY pleased with Circulon. The pans clean up like dreams, even with burned cheese on them! We have been looking for a long time to replace our other set that came as a gift when we got our induction cooktop. The Circulon pans heat faster, cook more thoroughly, and clean up better than our gift set ever did - and they don't scratch!! Good on you, Circulon!
