A great water dispenser, hot and cold works, easy to set up, it is not big and bulky, not heavy, I bought 3 gallon stackable water bottles, with a 2 year warrany, electric products returns is only 30 days, I wanted to be able to return within 2 years if needed. Thank you Walmart

I was replacing the exact same model that I had bought several years ago at Walmart at a discounted price at the end of the Christmas season. After a lot of use, I think that some of the inside seals were failing %26 the unit started leaking large amounts of water. I chose to buy the same model again because the price was still reasonable compared to other brands. I also chose to buy it from Walmart because the unit was in stock so I was able the order it one day %26 pick it up the next day.

The hot dispenser is hot enough for quick oatmeal, instant mashed potatoes, and hot beverages. It's not quite hot enough to fully cook grits — you would need to boil it a little further to bring the grits to fully cooked. The cold is chilled, but not quite ice-cold.
