This water dispenser is incorporated with an Energy Star compliant high-efficiency compressor and stainless steel reservoirs allowing this water cooler to provide great-tasting cold and hot water on demand. I love it that i can have a cup of hot tea in moments instead of waiting about twn minutes for a kettle to boil. The cold water is lovely, too. We have amazing water in our well, so we just fill up the bottle as necessary and have perfect temperature water, whatever we are drinking. As i get older, i know I will appreciate that 3 gallon bottles wil work as well as the 5 gallon bottles we are currently using. We dont have children in the home, but I appreciate the safety feature of the 2 step process to dispense hot water.
