My Abena incontinence briefs are highly absorbent and fit me well, but overnight and when traveling it is not always convenient to change briefs as often as I would prefer. So booster pads help stretch the time between changing my incontinence briefs without irritation or leaks. For me, having a booster pad that stays in place well without adhesives means that I can change just my booster pad without undressing or removing my incontinence brief (ie. in a public restroom for example) or sitting on the edge of my bed without having to get up in the middle of the night. More dignity, more flexibility, more convenience. I am elderly and disabled, but this product helps me stay healthy and maintain my independence and dignity. If you or your patient or loved one needs adhesive to help keep a booster pad in place inside an adult incontinence brief or diaper, double sided adhesive dots are available that can be added to one side of the ends of the pad to secure it.
