Ab Bootcamp [DVD]

This dvd allows you to target abs and get the work-out necessary to lose your stomach. I have done Denise Austin's yoga as well, but Billy Blanks makes you sweat. I love Denise Austins' tapes but they are for toning. Billy targets weight loss.

It's difficult to understand what Blanks is trying to convey, for his diction is unintelligible. Most of the abdominal workout is from an erect position, and I don't see or feel the benefit from this position. The video doesn't have the music only selection, which is a colossal drawback. Bootcamp denotes to me a challenging bootcamp workout, and this video poorly represents the title. I'll not be purchasing any more of his products.
