ASUS VivoBook 15.6" Intel Core i3 4GB 128GB SSD

This is a low-end laptop that feels more high-end. The top is smooth metal and the bottom is a rough light-metal. Maybe aluminum. The screen is bright enough, although I keep it at max brightness. The touch pad is okay, but I prefer using a wireless mouse. The Core i3 processor is fast enough to make Windows 11 zippy. Though, I spent hours re-configuring Windows to get it the way I like. Fortunately, there are a lot of settings and a lot of things you can change. Even get out of S Mode. I haven't used the laptop much on battery alone but it seems like two or three hours on a charge. For what I wanted, this computer is exceeding my expectations. I really like it and I'm starting to like Win 11 as well.

Thank You Azus.

Work great! That is based against a Samsung that cost almost twice as much and was a total nightmare. So far, my Azus has been fast and smooth. The only negative is it gets very hot on my chest. I will get a platform to give it the circulation it needs.

ASUS VivoBook - Budget Laptop Winner

Great laptop for the price point. Perfect for e-mail, web-browsing, and streaming. Lightweight, large screen and keyboard with number pad. i3 11th gen and not a Celeron was a plus as well. Truth be told, the 4 GB of RAM did cause some lag and slow performance at times. An additional 8 GB of RAM for $20 (relatively easy install) and problem solved. Would have been 5 stars if not for the RAM. Highly recommended.
