I will probably need a replacement

I love this item. However, as you can see by the photos, the material has started to rip apart. It's ripping on the top on both sides. I do believe that I would recommend this item to someone that I know. But what would be great, is if you are willing to rectify the situation.. I need this item to last for a long time and I had just put it together 3 weeks ago and it's already ripping. I'm currently not working and haven't worked since January, I do know that I'm probably going to have to buy another item if the material rips anymore. Unless you can just replace the material, that would be great as well.

Item is a bit flimsy and arrived missing important components. It's missing 4 plastic connectors that make the closet useful. The first photo shows the the amount of closet I was able to complete and the second shows the pieces left in the kit, the last photo is the list of items this is supposed to come with and the 4 straight tee connectors are missing.
