When high school counselor Jessie Parker (Mischa Barton, "The Sixth Sense", "The O.C."), and principal Addison (Michael Clarke Duncan, "The Green Mile") encounter Eli, a troubled teen whose drawings depicting violence against fellow students have caused a stir at school, Eli confides in Jessie that he blames the students for his brother's death in a hit and run accident. Eli tells Jessie that his brother is coming back from the dead to exact revenge against the students who killed him. After Eli goes missing and people turn up dead, Jessie and her police officer boyfriend (Devon Sawa, "Final Destination") race to find the mentally unstable Eli - or something more sinister - before someone else gets hurt.
