A Little Love Seasoning: Jerk

As a spicy staple in Jamaican culture, Jerk can be used on poultry, beef, pork, or any other meats. It is usually very spicy and packed full of earthy flavor. When it was first introduced as a style of cooking, it actually was done in the ground. If you don't eat meat, you may use it on mushrooms or tofu. To make this dry rub into a marinade, simply add equal parts white vinegar and olive oil until you get your desired paste consistency. Marinate your food for 1-24 hours for the best taste.
