I was recommended to this supplement because I've been suffering from cramping that has resulted in chronic pulled muscles in my legs, at least 6 episodes this year. I'm a 44yo male, a former competitive endurance athlete, and a soccer player with a strong base in strength and conditioning. I started this supplement at the beginning of September, and I have not had an episode of cramping or pulled muscles since, it's now mid-December. Might be anecdotal so far, so I'll keep taking it unless something changes!

Consistent and effective

I have used this product for over 5 years and find it is effective. Their consistency in formula is a great joy. As I pour thru information about diff nutritient supplements, thr ones that stand out to me are those that are both effective and made woth formulas yhat are not ever changing. I recommend Jigsaw Magnesium Time Release formula to all who are curious as to my own magnesium supplementation.
