I was sent the wrong item service. I got no customer service. I got some guy by the name of Patel that left the counter three different times instead of actually waiting on me. He seemed like he had his mind on everything but his job and instead of having me go to customer, history or history, purchase or purchase history he didn't know what he was doing.
