The candles arrive neatly packed and are very easy to use. They look great in the widows. The customer service from the company is excellent. I ordered 3 packages and one order was missing a couple of candles. I called and the response was quick and easily resolved. I received the missing candles and some pretty ornaments a few days later. These candles are great. Just put in the batteries and gently press the light. Or it comes with a remote control that lets you set each candle individually or as a group. The also have suction cups in case your window sill is too shallow, like mine.
