Fun twist on an old game
Super cool twist on a classic. My 9 year old has never played Simon but caught on quickly. It takes time to learn where your hands go for each color but once you get the hang of it it's a walk in the park. The game was passed around and I think the adults had more fun then the tweens. I wouldn't recommend this for kids under the age of 6. Overall, kept the family busy for a good 45 minutes. Less time for the tweens. I received at a discount in return for my unbiased review

Simon glasses
Love the new twist on the old classic! Definitely something I would enjoy playing with my kids. I would however recommend for the next age group up. My son had problems getting his hands "just right"

Simple Simon Says . . . Play Simon Optix!
Simon Optix takes the classic tabletop game, transforms it into a headset, and immerses you in the game as never before. I bought mine at Walmart a week ago, and have been virtually addicted to it ever since. Simon Optix is a bit more challenging than the original game. The sequences include single colors, double colors, swoops to either the left or right, and double swoops. Executing the hand moves to play this game takes some practice and getting used to. Simon Optix also keeps score for you with lights and sounds. Each blue light is a single point earned, and each yellow light is ten points earned. You can play alone in Solo Mode, or sync headsets with others to play the same game simultaneously. If you are tired of the original Simon game and want to take your gaming experience to the next plateau, Simon Optix is the way to do just that.
