None of the poles are labeled so you are kind of guessing what goes where. Once you figure out the pictures it's pretty easy. Filled up nicely and man does my 5yr old love this thing.

Pieces were in the box my husband was looking for the instructions in the instructions they had numbers in them but not in the tubes nor corners but other than that we were able to put it up didn't fill it up yet but once we do hopefully it works and don't collapse on us the size of it's perfect for us to say the least.
