Never received them — ruined my Christmas outfit

I ordered the Blissful Step women's glitter platform crisscross heels in gold specifically to wear with my Christmas dress. Unfortunately, they were never delivered. The tracking showed “shipped,” but it never moved past label created and never updated after that. Because of this, I didn't have a complete outfit for Christmas, which was extremely disappointing. I ordered well in advance expecting them to arrive on time, and instead I was left scrambling with no shoes at all. The shoes may look nice online, but it doesn't matter if they never actually ship. This was a frustrating experience, and I'm very disappointed that something ordered for a special occasion never arrived.
