This is a quick and easy dinner or lunch option, best of all it is a great way to use up leftover shredded beef or chicken! The product comes as a premixed sauce in a pouch with a tear off strip. I both like and dislike the premix. The pre-made sauce does cut out a few steps and makes it easier to get a meal on the table, but I really would prefer avocado oil to the canola it uses. All 3 of my kiddos (1.5yrs, 4.5 yrs and 6) loved their beef enchiladas, the 6 yr old has a zero heat tolerance so she just added more cheese and gobbled them up. Straight out of the package it has a good amount of heat and flavor, but the addition of cheese or sour cream cool things off. I was a bit hesitant because of the cocoa listed in the ingredients, but you don't even know its there. It tastes similar to the red sauce I get at my local "authentic" Mexican restaurant. I will be reordering this again!
