This pitcher filter is a replacement for select Brita®-style pitchers and dispensers (including Grand, Lake, Capri, Wave, Metro, Amalfi, Soho, Infinity, Marina, Pacifica, Space Saver, Stainless Steel, Monterey, Atlantis, and Ultramax). It is NSF/ANSI 42 certified for chlorine reduction and is made with NSF/ANSI 372 compliant lead-free materials. Built with a multi-stage design using coconut-shell activated carbon and ion-exchange resin, it helps reduce chlorine, rust, sediment, and unpleasant taste and odor (tested by a third-party lab) while maintaining a steady flow rate. Note: This filter does not reduce TDS. For best performance, replace it after up to 40 gallons (actual life may vary with local water conditions), helping cut down on single-use plastic waste.
