Excellent if you get elbow pain from pull-ups

This was a great buy! I was getting elbow pain from my fat-skinny pull-ups in supinated grip. I got this and on day one I was able to pull-up the 45 plates for 10-reps with no elbow pain. It allows you to customize width. I taped the part that hangs over the bar with gorilla tape to prevent it from scratching my bar as someone here suggested. Love this as now I can do weighted pull-ups again.

Best value purchase

I don’t understand why anyone would spend more money on a neutral grip pull up attachment. These are near perfect. I read the reviews of them scratching the bars. At this price point they wouldn’t have any protection added. I used a couple strips of gorilla tape and it’s perfect. I love these and so do my shoulders.

Good purchase

I got these for free with the points I had saved up from other purchases - and they are a useful piece of equipment. I have the T3 HD Squat Rack that comes stock with the fat/skinny pullup bar, and these fit quite perfectly on it and are surprisingly stable. Only giving 4 stars as they do seem to slide horizontally a bit if placed too wide, but this might be an easy fix with some athletic tape on the pullup bar. Other than that, they add an awesome variation to my pullup regimen, definitely recommend!
