Great features, great value!

I use it to monitor my heart rate while exercising and at rest and while sleeping because I had an aortic valve replacement. I appreciate how I am able to see in real time what my heart rate is doing while I jog at different paces. The price of the watch was very low compared to other space watches. Also like its size (not too big or bulky; not too small that I can't read the digits displayed) and how it looks on my wrist.

I have had Venu Sq dice 2020

I have had this as a check my pulse rate constantly for Afib. I had to maintain a pulse below 120 bpm. Nurses chased me all over the hospital. Now I use it more then ever. Track steps, sleep hours ,my oxygen level,and many more. I am 75 and I am doing great getting around. When this stops working, I will get the up to date model. I feel in control of my body! I even tell my doctor the results when there is a probable

Venu square 2

I've had this watch for 5 yrs, it still works great. It's easy to use and works well. I charge it once in 4 days and it charges quickly. The only downfall isvafter wearing it daily for 5 yrs the face has gotten a lot of small scratches. I love this watch
