Very handy and very effective.

I work with stained glass. These do a beautiful job of taking off the sharp edges. I dampen them so glass dust doesn't fly around. I can choose which grit for what I need. Just take off the sharp edge, or actually take off a bump from a bad cut. Makes the job a lot easier! I saw a popular mosaic artist on YouTube using them, so I thought I'd give them a try. So far so good. They'll be handy for smoothing rough edges of anything I happen to be working with. I really like the fact that they don't shed the abrasive material like sanding blocks or stones do. Makes it easier to keep my workspace clean.
