This is a very easy way to get your Zinc. Pop it in your mouth and let it dissolve! To me, the taste is a little different with sweet and sour, but I don't find it unpleasant at all. I'll buy again!

Great addition to regimen
Didn't like the taste the first try. Glad I gave it another shot, because I am not sure why I thought it was not great before. I specifically wanted a lozenge, so that I could be supporting my enamel while getting in my zinc

Improves Zinc levels
With not even realizing it, I keep my zinc on my kitchen table to remind myself to take it after I've eaten . And now after more than a month of taking it , maybe not every day .. but more than often. I've noticed my hair feeling healthy , my nails are growing well and I feel energized. I definitely feel supported. A definite recommendation for zinc if you are low in it . And it doesn't taste that bad either.
