excellent product ..I have high blood pressure .this product lowers your blood pressure naturally .it does leave a little garlic on your breath .make sure you are drinking plenty of water .I have been purchasing this product for years .its great to take a natural supplement for blood pressure .I also take blood pressure meds but a lower dose ml also
