I literally put this on my vegan mung bean eggs and instantly get that egg taste. i will sprinkle it on any goods to get that taste. i had to pour it into its own glass shaker dur to it being hard to use out of the bag that doesn't close back up. I do wish the price was cheaper, but it will take a long while to use this all up. A little goes a long way.
