The Hankook Kinergy tires have the "3 Peak Mountain Snowflake" rating and are suitable for mild winters. They are all-weather tires, which are better for winter than all-season tires. They are not loud, but also not super quiet, which is quite acceptable for all-weather tires. I don't know how they will perform in the summer.
