Have not had a chance to use yet but should be using this week. The ordering of the item was good as well as the packaging being satisfactory. The things that were not satisfactory is keeping the customer informed of the shipping status without the customer first asking about Walmart updating their tracking system. And the item still showed up late from their revised arrival date.

Disappointing
This is a "girlie" saw - not much power. It was also touted as coming assembled. It is not. Directions are not clear to someone not used to working with chainsaws. It took me several hours to finally get it together the right way because the chain kept popping off when I tried to use it. If the chain stays on, it is ok for cutting firewood logs to size, but I wouldn't use it for much else.
