Rear bumper

Hello. I recieved my rear bumper guard yesterday. It was advertised as a new on the website. Unfortunately that was not the case. The bumper showed evidence of being mounted before and one of the flat attaching brackets was bent. This is my first bad experience buying anything auto related on the internet. Had to pay extra to the body shop to fix the bent and to do a touch ups on the guard, instead of doing a car project with my son. Not cool.
