Love the look but...

The rug looks and feels amazing. The pattern is subtle just like I wanted and the color is shown correctly. The rug is soft to touch but the structure of it is very rigid and hard underneath and because it is thin (thinner than I thought) it takes away from the overall feel of the rug. I will definitely need a thicker pad than the one I purchased. Great quality materials and made really well.

Very cheap looking

Not what it looked like in photos. No one answers the phone in customer service, no call back. Online chat sent me to a shipping company that couldn't help return the rug. Costs more than what I paid for the rug to return it so now I'm stuck with it. Do NOT purchase a rug larger than 8x10 from this company. You will not be able to return if needed.
